Late Payment Fees

Each invoice has a due date.  If you do not pay it via card or via POLi, we will attempt a payment the day after the due date against your stored debit or credit card.

If this payment fails, we notify you.  No penalties are applied at this time.

When do late payment fees apply?

Late payment fees apply automatically to accounts at 11pm each Sunday evening (Melbourne / Sydney time).  If your account has one or more overdue invoices, a $10 late payment fee will be added.

How can I avoid late payment fees?

1. Pay invoices on time; or
2. Contact us in advance
