Need Separate Accounts?

LookedAfter can handle two or more accounts for the same child.  This is useful if you and a former partner share custody of your child or need separate accounts.

Each account holder must create their account with a unique email address.  The same child can then be added to each account, and the same child CRN can be added to each account.

Each account holder must have a unique CRN.

Educators see a list of each attending child at their service, and we include the account holder's first name on this list to help identify which account holder will be collecting the child.

Custody Orders

If you require separate accounts because you are separated from your partner and there is a custody order in place, each account holder must upload a copy of the arrangement to their account.  This is needed for each child.
