Emergency Contacts & Collectors

Within your account you must add details for a doctor and at least two other people who can be contacted in an emergency.  This is to comply with government child care regulations.

You add / view / edit contact details within the Contacts section of your profile.  You must enter for each a name, phone number and address.  You can add as many contacts as you wish.

The two or more emergency contacts you add can also be given permission to collect your child from a service, and you can add other people who are allowed only to collect your child.  Within each contact's settings, tick / untick the various permission rights as needed.

Anyone with permission to collect your child uses a tablet at the service to collect your child, and enters the phone number you added for them to identify themselves.  Please ensure you add a correct phone number for each contact to prevent problems collecting your child.
